1. Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy

A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

You can exercise your right of return by informing us of your decision by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by email: Customerservice-EU@maidesite.com) within 30 days of receipt of the goods (the deadline begins on the day the goods are received).

The prerequisite for exercising this voluntary right of return is, however, that you return the goods complete, in their condition and without any damage. The return must be in the original packaging or in a similarly stable packaging. We bear the costs for returning the goods.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will give you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from the fact that you use a different type of delivery than that offered by us, have chosen the cheapest standard delivery), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

3. General information

Customers are asked to report the return to the seller at the email address Customerservice-EU@maidesite.com in order to announce the return. In this way, they enable the seller to assign the products as quickly as possible.

Customers are asked to return the goods to the seller as a prepaid package and to keep the delivery receipt. The seller will reimburse the customer for the postage costs in advance, provided that these are not borne by the buyer himself.

Attention : If the product is unopened, you could simply contact us to arrange a collection by the logistics company and we can cover the delivery costs for the collection,

If the product is unpacked and already used, you need to pay 50 euros for the inspection and collection by us, then we can cover the delivery costs,

If youeven mediate other logistics service providers, the delivery costs incurred have nothing to do with us.

Customers are asked to avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. If possible, the goods should be returned to the seller in their original packaging with all accessories. If the original packaging is no longer in the buyer's possession, another suitable packaging should be used in order to ensure adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for damages due to damage due to inadequate packaging.
