Which regions do you deliver to?

We support delivery to the following regions (some island addresses may be excluded): Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Hungary, Italy, Poland, Sweden, Portugal, Spain, Croatia, Monaco, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Latvia, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, Romania. Shipping costs vary by region and are calculated automatically at checkout. We currently have German, British, Spanish, and French websites. From which location do you ship and how long does shipping take?

Our shipping warehouse is located in Germany. After placing your order, it will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days.

How can I track my order?

After shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number. If you haven't received this email, please check your spam folder. Alternatively, you can track the status on our website using the following link: TRACK

Why did I only receive part of the items from my order?

If you purchased a tabletop and frame set, these will be shipped in two separate packages that may not arrive at the same time. If you have not received a tracking number for the other package, please contact us so we can track the delivery for you.

The product I received is not working properly.

The product I received is damaged.

We are very sorry that damage occurred during the logistics transport. To submit a damage report to our logistics partner, please provide us with the following photos:

Photos of the outer packaging of the package with the tracking number

Photos of the inner packaging of the package

Detailed photos of the damaged products

Once we receive these photos, we will arrange a replacement or refund with you, depending on the circumstances.

I forgot to use the voucher code. What should I do now?

Please provide us with the relevant voucher code. As long as the promotion has not yet expired, we can refund you the difference after receiving the package.

How can I return the goods?

Within 30 to 60 days of purchase, you must first contact our customer service team at contact@maidesite.de and obtain authorization. Only then may you return the goods to us. We reserve the right to refuse returns in the following cases: if the goods were sent directly to our warehouse without prior authorization, or if the goods were damaged due to human error.

If necessary, please use protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that you use suitable packaging to protect the goods from damage during transport.
