Official rules (00:00:00 (CET) on November 17, 2023 – 23:59:59 (CET) on November 24, 2023) FREE ORDER, CASHBACK DISCOUNT PROMOTION MAIDESITE

 Free Order : Customers with order numbers ending in 555 will receive their orders back free of charge via a refund after order submission (and successful payment) between 00:00:00 (CET) on November 17, 2023, and 23:59:59 (CET) on November 24, 2023. The maximum value of the free order is limited to €750. (If a customer purchases more than €750, the order value exceeding €750 is excluded from the free order refund.)

 20% Cashback : Customers with order numbers ending in 55 will receive a 20% cashback refund on the first €750 of their order after order submission (and successful payment) between 00:00:00 (CET) on November 17, 2023, and 23:59:59 (CET) on November 24, 2023. (If a customer purchases products worth more than €750, the cashback refund will only be applied to the first €750).

5% Cashback : Customers with order numbers ending in 5 will receive a 5% cashback refund on the first €750 of their order after order submission (and successful payment) between 00:00:00 (CET) on November 17, 2023, and 23:59:59 (CET) on November 24, 2023. (If a customer purchases products worth more than €750, the cashback refund will only be applied to the first €750).

Redeem cashback : To receive all free orders and cashback, please contact us at our official email address contact@maidesite.de and send us your order number and order email address. After November 30th, the cashback will be refunded to the winning customer's original payment channel. The cashback amount depends on the order number.

Additional terms and conditions:
1. Limited to one promotion per customer: Each eligible customer is entitled to only one promotional reward during the entire promotional period, subject to the terms and conditions listed above. If a customer qualifies for multiple promotional rewards, the customer will receive the first one received.
2. Non-transferable: The promotional rewards are neither transferable nor assignable.
3. Promotion Period: This promotion is valid only from November 17, 2023, 00:00:00 (CET), until November 24, 2023, 23:59:59 (CET). Customers must place their orders after this time to participate in the promotion and receive a free order or other promotional rewards. All orders placed outside of 00:00:00 (CET) on November 17, 2023, and 23:59:59 (CET) on November 24, 2023, that do not result in successful payment or are canceled within the next 30 days will be disqualified.
4. Refunds and maximum promotional rewards: Any order that is refunded will be excluded from the promotion. Furthermore, the maximum free order value per eligible recipient is limited to €750, the maximum cashback discount of 20% per eligible recipient is limited to €750, and the maximum cashback discount of 5% per eligible recipient is limited to €750.
5. Exclusion due to fraudulent activity: Customers found to be engaged in fraudulent activity or attempting to manipulate the promotion using technical means will be disqualified and excluded from all future promotional activities on Maidesite.
6. Disclaimer: Maidesite is not responsible for problems caused wholly or partly by technical issues, including but not limited to those relating to internet services, servers, hardware, software or websites, and also including but not limited to lost, delayed or corrupted data transmitted or attempted to be transmitted by participants.
7. Maidesite is entitled to exclude participants suspected of violating these terms and conditions from participation in the discount promotion.
8. Indemnification, Hold Indemnation, and Hold Indemnation: Each free order, cashback discount, and free gift recipient releases, indemnifies, and holds Maidesite and all affiliated persons and companies, including Maidesite's agents and independent contractors, free from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising out of or relating to participation in the promotion and the receipt, possession, use, or misuse of its promotional reward.
9. Amendment: To the extent permitted by law, Maidesite reserves the right to refine the Action Rules. Maidesite will endeavor to resolve disputes through negotiation, but retains the final authority to interpret the rules.
10. The availability and functionality of the discount promotion cannot be guaranteed. It may be terminated or removed due to external circumstances or constraints without any guarantee.
