Can I cancel my order?

Maidesite, through its products of height-adjustable desks that offer functional integration, scene variety and personalization, provides you with the opportunity to easily switch between different home activity modes that require a desktop assistant.

This allows devotees of modern smart home living to settle into their diverse lifestyles even more comfortably and effortlessly.

Why did I only receive part of the items from my order?

If you purchased a tabletop and frame set, these will be shipped in two separate packages that may not arrive at the same time. If you have not received a tracking number for the other package, please contact us so we can track the delivery for you.

How do I reset my Maidesite desktop?

1. Activate RST mode:

Press and hold the "AB" button for 5 seconds while the tabletop is in its lowest position (otherwise, lower the tabletop first). The digital display will show "ASR". The system will now switch to RST mode.

2. Exit RST mode:

Press and hold the "AB" button again until the tabletop lowers slightly and then rises slightly. The current height will be displayed. The system will exit RST mode.

I forgot to redeem my voucher. What can I do now?

Please provide us with the relevant voucher code. As long as the promotion has not yet expired, we can refund you the difference after receiving the package.
