A. Normal revocation
Scope
- The right of return applies only to customers who order goods from our website. It does not apply to customers of Amazon or other platforms.
- The right of return applies only to customers ordering fewer than 5 items. Information for business customers can be found at the bottom of this page.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. After purchase, you must first contact our customer service team and obtain their instructions. Afterwards, you can return the goods to us.
General information- If the goods are artificially damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
- Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
- You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
B. The return process

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us via contact@maidesite.de. We will contact you as soon as possible.
2. Fill out the cancellation formCaution: Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
4. Return the refundC. Return shipping costs
You do not need to pay the return shipping costs if:- The product is of good quality (you should send us the picture/video)
- The item is dirty/defective/not working. We will cover all shipping costs. (Please send us the picture/video.)
If you do not open the package and return the goods for the following reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs:
- You ordered the wrong products/color
- You don't like the product.
- For other personal reasons
If you do not open the package and are returning the goods for the following reasons:
You have already opened the package and are returning the goods for your own reasons. You are expected to pay the return shipping costs and €50 per item for inspection.
D. Return policy for business customers
Because you're taking advantage of a quantity discount and purchasing the goods at a lower price than the regular retail price, we don't offer a 30-day return policy. We suggest you purchase a single product to test its features before ordering a large quantity.
- If one or more of the goods you received are defective and do not work, we will replace them free of charge. Don't worry about it.
- If the goods have no quality issues and you wish to return them for your own reasons, you must prove to us that all packages are unopened (via photo/video) and confirm that we can resell the goods. You will also be responsible for all return shipping costs, the inspection fee of €50 per item, and a processing fee. If you have already opened the packages, we will not accept the return.
- Business customers who are eligible for returns can send the goods back to us. After we have received all goods, we will issue the refund within 7 business days.
