How long is the warranty on Maidesite products?
We offer adjustable standing desks and desk frames with a 5-10 year warranty, and accessories with a 5-year warranty. In case of quality defects, you can choose between free repair, a refund, or a suitable replacement. Please note that the warranty does not cover consequential damages, loss, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from misuse, lack of care, or improper maintenance. Of course, we will cover the return shipping costs in the event of a warranty claim. A major advantage for you is that you do not need to prove whether the defect was present at the time of delivery.
