If you purchased a dual-motor product:
Please try resetting the desktop by following these steps to see if it works.
Enter RST mode:
Press and hold the 'DOWN' button for 5 seconds while the desk is in its lowest position (lower the desk first if necessary). The digital display will show 'ASR'. The system is now in RST mode.
Exit RST mode:
Press and hold the 'DOWN' button again until the desk moves slightly down and then slightly up. The display shows the current height. The system exits RST mode.
If you purchased a single-motor product:
Please try disconnecting the cable connecting the motor to the hand controller. Disconnect the power supply for 20 minutes and then perform the reset.
