The display “LOC” means that parental controls have been activated.
For devices with a parental control button, simply press the button to activate or deactivate the lock.
Press and hold the "M" button to activate or deactivate the lock.
Press and hold the “M” button and the “Down” button simultaneously for 5 seconds to activate or deactivate the lock.
