Why does my order require additional verification?

If your order status is "Verification required" , the following are common reasons why this may be the case:

  • The billing address you provided does not match the address on file with your debit/credit card (AVS mismatch or not defined).
  • Unusual activity has been detected by the payment provider.

In these cases, the payment will be manually reviewed and released within 24 hours (weekdays) of receipt by the payment provider. Should your order require additional documents for verification, you will receive an email requesting a photo of your ID or a recent utility bill (e.g., electricity, water, or gas) confirming your identity.

What you should pay attention to when submitting the documents

  • Cover all information except your name, address, and the photo on your ID.
  • The name on the ID must match the cardholder name stated when placing the order.

Note: To reduce fraudulent transactions and increase the security of credit card payments, all orders with verification status will be automatically canceled after 7 days if no identity check is completed.
