What is the status of my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your goods at our warehouse, we will process your refund immediately. As soon as the refund process has started, the payment will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
If you returned the package yourself, please ensure you provide us with the return tracking number. Otherwise, we cannot match the package to your order, which may delay the processing of your return.
