How can I return the goods?
Within 30 to 60 days of purchase, you must first contact our customer service team at contact@maidesite.de and obtain authorization. Only then may you return the goods to us. We reserve the right to refuse returns in the following cases: if the goods were sent directly to our warehouse without prior authorization, or if the goods were damaged due to human error.
If necessary, please use protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that you use suitable packaging to protect the goods from damage during transport.
